Packaged Inspection Pricing

Most real estate transactions require additional inspections beyond the general home inspection. And because every home purchase is different, we work closely with you and your agents to provide a customized inspection package at the lowest possible price, including current specials and discounts. You'll save money and prevent closing delays. Some questions we'll ask are:

  • How many total square feet?
  • Does your insurance agency require a 4-point inspection report?
  • Does your lender require a termite (WDO) inspection report?
  • Are you using FHA/HUD financing?
  • Is there a well that provides drinking water?
  • Is the home a mobile home?
  • Is the home located in Bay County?

We can also work with your agent to schedule your inspection at a time that works best for you. Most inspections are scheduled within 2-3 days and reports are available within 24 hours of the completed inspection. Call Inspector Damon at 850-867-8508 for your customized price quote.
