Most real estate transactions require additional inspections beyond the general home inspection. And because every home purchase is different, we work closely with you and your agents to provide a customized inspection package at the lowest possible price, including current specials and discounts. You'll save money and prevent closing delays. Some questions we'll ask are:

  • Is the home bigger/smaller than 4,000 sq. ft.?
  • Does your insurance agency require a 4-point inspection report?
  • Does your lender require a termite (WDO) inspection report?

Certified Condominium Inspection

A condominium inspection is limited in scope and excludes common areas, or areas maintained by the association. Areas such as the roof, exterior, driveways, sidewalks, etc are not inspected. Interior areas such as attics (if present), floors/walls/ceilings, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, windows/doors, and kitchen appliances are all inspected for defects and safety concerns.
